gibt ein unsigned long long zurück, das den Moment darstellt,
in Millisekunden seit der UNIX-Epoche, an dem der sichere Verbindungshandshake beginnt. Wenn
keine solche Verbindung angefordert wird, gibt sie 0 zurück.
